Get them from local no kill shelter, they are usually treated better and the staff know them better. Often their history is known if they have been dropped off but the staff actually get to know them because it’s mainly volunteer (that means the people actually want to be there so they care for the animals better)

A common misconception is that red nose and blue noses are different, when actually they are every similar. Sadly this means blue nose pit bulls are often disregarded and rot in shelters 🙁 this is because people like to train blue nosed pit bulls to be aggressive because of their big nature and build and strong jaw
