u/DNA_ligase thank you for the vintage Budweiser postcard and the awesome plant fact. I used to have foxglove at my old house and knew they had some cool properties but didn't know they made medication from them. I'm tempted to get some more here because they're just so cool.

I am surprised more of those plants have not been studied but there is probably such an abundance of diversity there it may be difficult to study them all as well as protections put in place that may prevent scientists from taking anything (no ability to test dna sequence to verify taxonomy and such) I never really thought about this before!!
