Unfortunately, it looks like even with the extra postage they ran it through a mail sorting machine anyway so only part of the wax seal made it. Damn you, post office!! I love wax sealing as well. The wax you used seemed like it was very soft. I've used some of those sticks that come in kits on amazon and those seem to come out a lot harder but even then those damn mail machines always get at least some of them =/ Being a competitive snowboarder sounds fantastic- I have never tried but would love to one day. I wish I were scuba certified- it's my goal eventually!!
