I thought it was so cool there were a couple used ones in there, it was interesting to read the backs see the old postage and postmarks (only a penny to send a postcard in 1935!). Thank-you so much, this was such an awesome surprise.

/u/Shadouette - Thank-you for the herb postcard! I do have to say that I am a cilantro/coriander LOVER. I can salsa in the fall and I cannot imagine NOT putting cilantro in, I usually put in extra. I am growing some thyme and basil in my garden this summer. I can't wait for the tomatoes to ripen so I can make some tomato basil soup. And I just love the smell of thyme, though I haven't cooked with it much, but maybe I will now that I'm growing some.
