u/xmgm33 Thank you for the card and the beautiful origami crane. I'm moving to a new apartment soon and I'll be sure to find a nice display place for it :) We had a heat wave for a week here too, but it seems to have ended, as today is rainy and gray. At least there's some relief from the heat for now, and hopefully next week the beautiful summer resumes.
u/BunsWithGuns Thank you for the lovely handmade (I think?) green butterfly card along with a chocolate cake recipe. I haven't made the cake yet, but I will as soon as I get my hands on some fresh strawberries - it sounds delicious!
u/reclusiverabbit I am happy to report that I do indeed love the coyote card! A fun fact, a few years ago some people in Europe were alarmed about sightings of what they thought to be coyotes. Turned out that it was actually just golden jackals, a species that has been present in Europe for a long time. Thank you for the card and the stickers too, I also love your personalised stamp - what a beautiful ink color!
u/cuddlykrogan Thank you for the beautiful card, sticky notes and your lovely letter. Since you left the card blank, I'll be sure to pass it on to spread the cheer :) I have just sent you something a week or so ago, so await mail!
u/talkingroses x2 Thank you for two postcards: a philately card (wow!) and a calendar card with a picture from the Pixar Cars movie. I recall reading a while ago that there was a controversy about the characters' design: some viewers insisted that the eyes should be placed on the cars' headlights, but the creators felt that eyes on windshields gave the characters more personality. The philately card you sent me was a such a cool surprise, I enjoyed reading about the Australian version of the bionic ear.
u/sureguson x3 Thank you so much for three cards, I love them! It was very interesting to read about your city and country, and I appreciate that you took the time to describe the places pictured on the cards! I also love the card and stickers with Charley Harper's art. Thank you!
