It's been SO hot and humid in Virginia! Thankfully today it's been sprinkling and it's supposed to storm later. Thank you for forcing me out of my house and into the outdoors to check my mail!

I used to eat latkes and they were always delicious, so I'm sure I'd enjoy these too. Honestly, any food that has potatoes in it is generally a food I will enjoy
