u/WenaLaWeaWenaWeon x 2 Wow, so much fun opening your beautiful envelope and finding the two great cards! I am also crazy for avocadoes, and what a cool & attractive folding recipe format! I eat them more days than not (it's the law in California ; ) but haven't had them in the combination in this salad. I was able to read all of the recipe except that I'd somehow never seen the Spanish for celery stalk (tallo de apio) : ) All of the stickers and little drawing you added were so sweet : ) Skiing Jesus is great too, and I appreciate your long note, although the story of your first penpal is bittersweet!
