I swear I need a reality tv show. The heat was out in my apartment for a week and when I let the maintenance man know on the thursday, I said I could wait until Tuesday when they showed up with a plumber (water baseboard heaters) to fix the problem. Tuesday rolls around and he went into my apartment but didn't get the heat fixed because he didn't bring in a plumber like he promised. I went nuts on the property management company and found out he lied to her too... said he was going to bring in a plumber.

The only thing that kept me from crying was all of my cards came on the same day! I settled in and began my peaceful process.
