Whoa, after passing 3 weeks out of my hometown and coming back again, I was faced with 8 postcards on my desk waiting for me. Since I'm new in this community, I felt like I reached the peak of happiness in my life even though I've a lot of life to live in front of me and the best is yet to come. I can't find the correct words to express my feelings, gratitude and saying Thank you is the least I can do. Here's to the 8 knights:

u/tigerlady13 - Thank you so much for the wonderful Christmas card. It arrived after Christmas but it doesn't matter, it's the thought that counts :) Is it handmade? Also, your card says "Joy" and it really brought some joy in me.

u/oneinamelon - Yours and talkingroses' postcards are the first postcards I've received from Australia. I really like the landscape, is so colorful, everything well combined with the lakes, the sky and everything else around. The joke on the other side makes it more interesting. I'll make sure not to cross a snowman and a vampire anymore :#

u/stockman1984 - Your Christmas card arrived after Christmas as well but the same thing goes for you as for tigerlady, it's the thought that it matters. Thank you so much, I appreciate the effort and I really like your handwriting, I believe you've practiced calligraphy back in the past or you still do it actively :)

Reading your quote on the other side increased my self-confidence since I was in the period where I was overthinking of who's with me and who's not, talking about the people I think of as a friends. Your name is common in Macedonia and there's a lot of Macedonians living in Australia, do you happen to have any Macedonian relatives? :)

u/htmljenn - A dolphin postcard from Orlando, thank you so much for it. I know a person that was in Orlando and it kept telling me "I was in Orlando and you weren't". Now thanks to you I've a counter-attack, I flash the postcards and say "You were in Orlando but do you have this from Orlando? I don't think so" :D

u/ninajyang - A chinese food postcard I won from a random picker. Thank you for writing me about your favorite chinese food, it made me google them and find more about it. They sound delicious. I've never been in China but the first opportunity I get to step on a chinese ground, I'll try to taste the food you described :)

The fact that you're from Canada, a place where I've never received a card makes me more happy.

But hey, everyday is a new beginning and try to find something good in everyday even if you have to look better in some, right? :) Amazing hand writing, great quotes and that joke made me crack up a little bit as well, not gonna lie
