Post Body

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been active lately. I need to do better about fixing that! But today I have a special request. I talked to an old friend/co worker tonight that told me she got some bad news. She said her dad (who is her best friend) has cancer and has been given a year and a half to live. The news has come out of no where and she is really having a hard time with it. When I asked her about the cancer she said "All I know is it is small cell. It is pushing on his throat and it is stage 4." After talking to her for a little bit I decided it was time to come to you guys. She has no clue that I'm doing this, but I know that we can all help to show her that she is loved and thought about during such a difficult time. So, I wondered if you might all help me in spreading some words of encouragement to help her through this. A letter, postcard, package, whatever you see fit. I think she could really use all the love and support that we have to offer. If you are interested in doing so, please PM me for an address to send it to. I wont be able to return any thank yous or even mention you in a post as I will not be opening any of them (these are too personal and that's not my place). I will take all of them in about a month that I receive and give them to her at once. Please, if you find it in your heart to reach out to her, shoot me a message. Thank you all in advance!
