So, I have trouble with eating. I don't like cooking, ADHD medication suppresses my appetite a bit, and additionally, when I get depressed or stressed I tend to eat less. If I don't eat properly then that does not help anything and makes everything worse! I want to try and eat properly do better my health - so my brain has energy to do its thing.
So I am requesting some easy to make recipes. Yeah, sure I can google them, but that isn't fun, especially when I already have an aversion to cooking. If I can make food fun, then that would help so much. I am interested in easy things to make :) I don't have any dietary restrictions, but I love fruit and vegetables a bunch (excluding zucchini and avocados)
It doesn't matter if it is a snack, or a meal, because I would love either. It doesn't even have to be a recipe; maybe you have an idea for something to take as a lunch that I haven't thought of (and I don't put a lot of thought in it anywaus) My go-to things are basically cereal, pasta, PBJ sandwiches, yogurt, and my grocery store has little Shepard's pie things they make right there :) I can't live off sandwiches forever!
