With a new year comes a good time to reflect and consider how to improve in the year ahead. As such I would like to offer my support/encouragement/unapologetic nudges to help you on your journey of self improvement. If you have something that you would like to work on this year, read on.

My offer:

• I will send you 4 cards over a period of time.
• So that we are in this together, these cards will describe my own progress towards something I would like to achieve this year whilst gently asking how you are going towards your own goal.
• The cards will be randomly picked from my box and may include extras as progress rewards :o.
• This offer is open to anyone.

Your task:

• Think of a goal that you want to achieve and would like some nudges on.
• To help ensure that we are set up for success - make sure it is a SMART goal. SMART is an acronym: specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely. For example, don't tell me you want to 'read more'. Tell me you would like to read one book/article each month. Rather than 'get fit', try 'finding something active to do once a week by the end of March'.
• Example goals may be about reading more books, writing more cards, eating better food, or finally sitting down to watch every marvel movie in chronological order. This is a space of very little judgement.
