u/chikadatte - the card is so beautiful, it looks like it could hang on my wall! Who would want to give this away! Roast chicken with garlic and soy sounds so good! Celebrating Christmas in Australia is quite common and traditional for the most part, but with a summer twist. There are a lot of roasts, but also more summer foods and activities such as BBQs, pools, beaches etc. Ours was pretty quite this year which was quite nice. Fresh cut lemongrass has to be one of my all time favourite smells (as weird as that sounds) so I shall be brewing that up pretty shortly. :) I hope that you had a great Christmas and wishing you and your loved ones health and happiness in the new year.
