It's been a rough day and I've only been awake for like thirty minutes 🤣 basically a Christmas gift I had been tracking for a few weeks for my sister finally arrived!! I ran out of bed and braved the cold and scooped everything out of my mailbox. I ran back in and when I opened the book... It was in French. French is a lovely language, but we do not speak French (i took Spanish I school, i think she's actually taking French but she much prefers learning Korean).

Man 😭 Christmas is in a week, I thought. Less than. Finally I decided to suck up the loss of the money and just ordered a version through Amazon, instead of the cheaper, shadier seller. Probably this was Amazon's plan all along? Anyways! I trudge over to the rest of my mail and notice all the cards!! Opening them, reading what was inside and looking at all the shiny Christmas stuff really cheered me up :) I the end, she'll get her present before Christmas and even if she doesn't she has other gifts to open Christmas morning and it's not the end of the world!
