[Request] Birthday for Foster Child
Hi Redditors,
I have a huge request of you. I have been a foster parent for a number of years and recently learned of a child in a residential facility who has been in care for a number of years and has no family or anyone. He’s spent his last two birthdays and all holidays in this facility.
I am friends with his caseworker and am trying to get info to see if my home can take him but in the meantime, I would like to shower him with as many birthday cards as we possibly can. He is turning 15 next month and the caseworker is going to visit him in a couple weeks so time is limited.
I would like to gather all the cards to send with her. Anything with warm birthday wishes that shows him people care.
