My mailbox was filled with lots of lovely butterflies today. Call it coincidence, but I think it's pretty cool that I received not one, not two, but three cards with a butterfly theme. Along with the beautiful butterflies were other awesome pieces of mail too!
Thank you...
u/dobeabsurd for the bright bird card. The delicate design is quite lovely and the colors are vibrant. Thank you for answering my question about your favorite app! Google Calendar and Trello are life savers. I sent off a response to your question yesterday (or maybe the day before?) so you should be seeing that soon.
u/artdavinci for the hand-drawn Count Dracula postcard. This is wicked cool. You are an extremely talented artist. The detail is astonishing! I love that you have a special sticker with your username / name / icon on it. Super cool. I love seeing your work and have a strong desire to have even a tenth of your skill.
u/libertyprogrammer for the Valencia postcard. The best vacation memories come from unexpected situations. I'm glad you were able to make the most of your two-day stop. Learning about a culture through a parade sounds pretty rad!
u/negsan-ka for the cute butterfly thank you card. Your washi is to die for! I love the tree branch one. Your stickers are adorable too. Very cutely put together card. It was great to read about your favorite season too. Autumn is the best, hands down. Also, I do agree that avocados and hurricanes are fabulous creations.
u/mikepenpal6 for the unique and gorgeous handmade butterfly card. The gold details and sparkle really bring this card to life. What a cool design! As always, your envelope and card decorations were an awesome surprise. So jealous of your time at the card convention! I very much appreciate you sending this my way. My mind is churning with ideas now!
u/yellowflickerbeat x2 for the religious floral / butterfly card and the Moo La La postcard. I'm glad I'm not the only one with a stash of odd religious cards, lol! The cheesy inscription made me chuckle, as did your vegan cheese joke. The Moo La La postcard though, man, that's my new favorite postcard of all time. The cow looks so freaking happy. I'm going to name her (not sure what yet, open to ideas) and hang her on the wall above my desk. So awesome to hear about your vegan dining experience. That farm sounds like a lovely place. Also, "not fat, but slow" describes me too, so don't feel too bad about the off-hand compliment. Lol!
