Hello!

I did this last year and ppl seemed to enjoy it so here we go again.

I have an extremely large extended family and Thanksgiving is when we all get together. There are more of us at Thanksgiving than Christmas usually. By the time we add all cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, significant others, friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc We can easily host over 30 ppl. Which of course means tons of food needs to be made. A few years ago a couple cousins and I took on pie duty and when we showed up at Thanksgiving dinner that day we had all brought pumpkin pie. Pumpkin pie is of course great but 6 pumpkin pies was overkill so we decided to be creative in the future. Over the past years we always have one pumpkin pie but we have come up with some really amazing Thanksgiving pies to add variety.

We have kept all recipes and there are some great ones. If you'd like a recipe for a creative and or different Thanksgiving pie leave a comment here to claim one and then PM me your address.

A few things of note;

-These pies are not gluten free, vegan friendly, keto kind...I have the most respect for people who have to accommodate food allergies or strict diets especially around the holidays, but these pies likely won't meet any of those guidelines. I say this because last year I sent one recipe to someone who later told me they couldn't make it because they were gluten free. You can still request a recipe to maybe make for others, but basically these aren't healthy or allergy or food guideline friendly.

-These aren't really usually very quick to make. Some are quicker than others, but there are some detailed recipes here. I'll send the cards kinda early so you can plan on when you might have time to make it.

-If you got one last year you are more than welcome again this year but I can't guarantee you won't get the same recipe. It's likely you won't as there are numerous recipes, but I don't remember which ones I sent out last year.

When you comment below to claim one tell me one of your favorite Thanksgiving traditions. It can be a long standing tradition you're family has had for generations or one you and some friends made up a year or so ago at friendsgiving.
