Hi, y’all! I’ve really been striving towards a more positive outlook but life has had a funny way of making that tricky lately. Not giving up on that goal though!
My anxiety disorder and depression have really taken a toll on me the past few years, including making a chronic condition that was previously dormant an issue I deal with daily now. I’ve had a chronic bronchitis flare up for nearly a month, one of my kids has been going through some stuff lately that’s kind of been all-consuming and scary, and the cherry on top is that my in-laws are visiting 3 separate times in November. I love them, but man, that’s a lot for anyone.
If anyone would like to send me a card (any card!) with maybe a note with some things that you like to do as self-care or go-tos when some cheering up is in order it would be so appreciated!
