I asked my German mother in law if she knew what stroopwaffles are and first she had to tell me how to pronounce it correctly and then she told me about them and I want one. Or 6. u/earthfireairwater the Island of Everlasting Happiness sounds so neat. Like, the idea of it and that you can't get to it because it's inaccessible to mortals. So cool. I love Japan. I was stationed in Okinawa when I was in the Marine Corps. It's nice that there's a piece in Chicago. :) thanks for the card!
