https://imgur.com/a/Y2pwR7h -- Yesterday was a postal holiday in the US (Indigenous People's Day since it's 2019, or maybe still referred to as Columbus Day, depending where you live....) but today's incoming really made up for that!

u/fjsm18 -- ahhhhh your Lobster card came today!! As expected, it is amazing :D and the biggest surprise was the glittery detail on the Lobster! while this is the main attraction actually the card itself is very nice too! a huge thank you for sending me this! I love it! also, the lobster arrived without any "bruising" from the postal service :) also also, COOL STAMP
u/bellanova2018 -- thank you for the SURPRISE maxi!!!!! actually when I pulled this out of the mailbox I said outlaid "no f***ing way!" expecting it to have come from randomly from Postcrossing lol. WOW I am blown away, truly, by your generosity. I love everything about it so much, the story of Phillip Law, the stamp with the Antarctic map on it, everything. so kind of you. look for something in your mail soon :D ("soon" as in forever, to cross the Pacific) thank you, thank you, thank you!
u/halfwayoutoftown -- snack stamps!!!! these are awesome!!! Actually one of my main observations this year visiting Korea, Taiwan and China was how much these cultures love snacks. I was alone and it seemed everyone was always offering me snacks, because everyone just always had them on hand! and now, this further proves my point, because you even have snack stamps!! I love it so much! also, this ginger card is really beautiful, thank you so much for it! ahhhh. Also, the "Bicentennial" postmark is super cool. I looked up the significance, and it's for the Raffles' landing and founding of modern day Singapore, which I didn't know. It's a really cool postmark. Thank you!
u/Chikadatte -- thank you so much for the William Morris card, it's a really beautiful pattern! it's cool he's known for not just wallpaper patterns, but also poetry and architecture... humans with such creative brains like this really astonish me. I can barely draw stick people :( cute stickers and a really nice cliffside stamp too! a huge thank you!
Having only just joined in August, I look forward to a long tenure in this sub :D thank you also to everyone who makes it possible.
