My kids love spooky season, Halloween is their favorite holiday!

We were promised last year, after my husbands boss scheduled him to work every Friday/Saturday night (which is when most of the fall festivals are held) and then scheduled him to close on Halloween night too that this year would be different...

He got his schedule for the rest of the month yesterday and she did the exact same thing to him this year again. Unfortunately my husbands a manager and he can't just call out or switch with anyone.

I don't drive, and our neighborhood is not safe to trick or treat in. My kids 9, 8, 5 and 4 are so upset over this because we had hyped them up to be able to do festivitys this year.

Now I feel terrible as a parent, and I don't want them to feel left out from all their friends.

If anyone would like to send them spooky halloween mail I would be so greatful. They love to receive mail and hopefully that will make them feel a bit better.
