[Exchange] Call to fellow "stamp people" -- traveling stamp card (Repost) [WW to WW]

Post Body

Hi all, so half the fun of postcards for me is seeing the stamps! So I want to try what's known as a "chain card" with other stampy people from this sub. The difference between the traditional traveling stamp card I've seen be successful here and the "chain card" is the absence of an envelope so as to collect postal cancellations as well. The tricky part then is to gently cover up old stamps/write new addresses each time, but the link above should walk you through how to do it (basically strategic use of sticky notes, washi, stickers) .

I've marked this "Exchange" so that everyone submits their own card into the rotation, and everyone ends up with a stamp card.

There is typically a theme associated with the stamps (birds, space, trains) but I think an easy one to start is "2019 issue commemorative stamps", to close out 2019!

We need 4-5 different countries for a card, and so far I have:

  1. u/pringle_street - USA
  2. u/neeps1379 - Malaysia
  3. u/5-finger-death-punch -Austria
  4. u/mjftlf - Portugal
  5. u/road_krill - Brazil

Comment below to join and where you are. Flaired users only to ensure greatest chance of success :) And if after this repost there is still lack of interest, I'll give up lol. Thanks!

Edit: I found this link to be much more clear in how this is done!!

Update 1, USA to Malaysia: away it goes!
