Seriously, never have I ever got this many cards from the post office, along with a parcel from Israel! I was expecting the postman all week, but not on Mid-Autumn Festival because it was a bank holiday in China. Also, my first letter (unregisted air mail) to my soon-to-be-penpal in Belgium arrived that day after almost three month!!!!! I thought it was lost and forgot all about it. Now, it's fair to say that I've had a very nice Mid-summer Festival!

I have some (about 15, I think) Feng Zikai art cards for offer. Please feel free to request, especially if you haven't got my postcard in a suspiciously long time. (Usually it takes 1 to 3 months for international delivery from here. I don't know why but incoming mail is processed way much faster than outgoing mail here.) For more information about the postcards, you can read my previous post

(alaphbetical)

Thank you u/Amrache for your indigenous art card by Melanie Hava! The cockatoos look pretty fancy haha. The most often seen birds here are sparrows and swallows. Do you have swallows there in Australia? Wish you all well in the upcoming spring and summer in the Southern Hemisphere!

Thank you u/bamagg for your art card by David Alison and San Francisco view card! I got two Golden Gate cards this time! One modern, the other vintage. I'll put them together in the pic. Wish you all the best in the US!

Thank you u/chikadatte for your succulent plant card and two paper cranes!

Thank you u/CrochetCatsCoffee for your Princess Sissi card and modern painting card by Koloman Moser! You know what, Princess Sissi is actually a well-known figure in China, thanks to the popularity of Sisi by Ernst Marischka in China.

I'm quite intrigued by the painting of Koloman Moser. The lady in red seems like a Japanese lady to me. The haircut, facial features and clothing all lead me to that thought. Or maybe I was wrong. What do you think? Feel free to talk about it in your following letter. Btw my letter (registered air mail) to you is still in Beijing. You might need to wait for a few more days. Take care. Regards, Junming"

Thank you u/DaenerysWon for your Van Gogh art card and the washi tape! You're still waiting for your vacation, right? I hope you have some good time! And thank you for the rose sticker. It looks lovely!

Thank you u/dobeabsurd for your Glacier National Park card! The view looks amazing! And your envelope smells nice as well! Did you apply some perfume or something in it? Yesterday, I put it together with some postcards I was about to send out. Then this morning I found that the postcards smells the same with your envelope haha!

Thank you u/flarethey for your Zion National Park card from Utah! I'm so honoured that this was your first exchange on RAoC! I can still remember receiving my first letter when I was in primary school. It was a small parcel from NHK in Japan with all kinds of souvenirs! You can't imagine how happy I was! Have a good time at RAoC!

Thank you u/gigi700gigi for your four cards! They're all very lovely and I like the stickers as well! Funny story, I thought we had an excerpt from The Invisible Man in our textbook, but then I found out that it was Invisible Man (without The) by Ralph Ellison haha. I like the totem card and RAMohr card very much!

Thank you u/iisaustin for your Taschen card! Could you tell me more about the art piece? It looks nice but unfortunately I don’t understand much about it. And thanks for the elmo stamp!

Thank you u/inflammammal for your vintage cards! The Hotel Traymore looks like a Soviet building to me. I can almost imagine it being a sanatorium in Sochi or Odessa. I don’t know what give me that impression. Maybe the colours? The Golden dome? What do you think?

The Chinatown view card is very interesting. I didn't see the description until later, so I thought that it was a scene in Guangzhou haha.

Thank you u/jackschocolatecake for your book card! Caesar the Conquest of Gaul was mentioned in my reading class, along with The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, but unfortunately I haven't got time to read either of them yet.

Thank you u/katattack1130 for your modern art card! It feels very nice to know that you knew more about Dunhuang after my post! I happened to have watched some Dunhuang dance art videos on the internet today and they are amazing!

Thank you u/libertyprogrammer for your orchid card! The orchid looks kinda different from that in our country. Wish you all well in the US!

Thank you u/linzrap for your Dear Math card from California! My maths has never been good. Not living the stereotype haha. Wish you all well in the US!

Thank you u/luckymeC for your classic art prints from Northern Ireland! They look amazing! Initially the reason I bought Chinese art cards is for exchange with international postcrossers/RAoCers. But now I'm kinda hooked by them haha. So East Asian art has become my favourite art type now. (Especially Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese art. Japanese art is more on its own I'd say.)

Thank you u/lumiaglow for your cherry greating card! I'm not sure, but in my distant memory I remember reading a prosaic poem by Tagore when I was in primary school, in which he depicted a wondrous image of Lahore. Mother singing lullabies to her child, boat floating on the tranquil river... I wish I could visit your city one day!

Thank you u/mangocheesecakegurl for another Victoria and Albert Museum card! I did actually got your previous card a few month ago and made a thank you post. Were you notified? I'll send you a card back tomorrow!

Thank you u/mermaidisaster for your card all the way from Rwanda! I wish you had a nice trip there! The farthest place I have ever been to was Beijing… But maybe I'll be there in Rwanda someday as well.

Thank you u/monk3yklng for your Hoi An Chicken Rice card from Vietnam!

Thank you u/peglegmegxx for your forest card and lovely quotes! I wish you all well in Florida! Wish you all well in the US!

Thank you u/sofiaskat for your card, Auguste Rodin: The Kiss 1886. This is the first South African card I have ever got! I like it a lot and wish you all the best there in Stellenbosch!

Thank you u/penguinsontv for your Melchsee-Frutt card and Scuol card from 'Helvetia'! (I had to google the name otherwise I wouldn't know it was from Switzerland) They are really beautiful!!! I feel blessed when I look at them! And yeah I know the lake you mentioned. It's the Lake of Heaven on Changbai Mountain. Haven't been there but it's really famous!

Thank you u/stephkempf for your vintage postcard! The totem in front of the museum looks interesting. It seems that they have something similar to that in Japan as well.

Thank you u/womancat for your Rome cards! I didn’t expect that you would write on all 10 of them, and I appreciate your work! The Lupa Capitolina card reminds me of a story I read on the internet: My region used to be called Manchukuo when it was invaded by Japan in WWII, and the Italian fascist government sent a La Lupa Capitolina sculpture to the Capital of Manchukuo, now called Changchun. The sculpture is now in Northeatsern Normal Univ., China.

Thank you mystery sender from Switzerland for your Zug card! It came with no postage, nor did it seem to be prepaid. (How did it get here lol?) Nonetheless I like the views and thank you for your Beschti Gruess!

Apologies for any typos and grammatical mistakes. I'm not a native speaker of English.
