Being on customer service can be really disheartening, it takes all my will power not to run away after dealing with people blinded by greed and the wrong set of priorities in life. You help me remember that there are great gals like you and I know this is my safe space, my little corner of joy in the internet.
Thank you for sharing a bit of yourselves and make me feel important despite the miles and countries that separate us! Rest assure your replies are on their way ( I finally went to the post office!) Thank you for all the extra goodies and your superb handmade cards!
