So in the link above, the TV print card you see in the bottom left - that is my mystery sender. It had no reddit username, and I have no messages/comments on receiving this type of card. There is a card inside with the name LEO and an Arizona post office box, but no name. Thank you regardless for the mail, especially the link to Rick Astley, which made me smile.
