Hi RAoC community! Look at these amazing cards and goodies I received from you wonderful people. Iā€™m so glad to be back sending out mail again. I took a break to work on other projects and household needs, but itā€™s wonderful to correspond with this wonderful community again. I canā€™t tell you how amazing it was to receive some beautiful postcards, some amazing art, and so many stickers!!! (Thank you all for feeding my addiction!)

u/stockman1984 ā€“ thank you so much for the beautiful fox postcard and all of the awesome stamps on the back! I really love the ā€œProgress of Electronicsā€ one, but they are all really neat to look at. I love the fox art, I particularly appreciate the botanicals she added around him. Your joke actually made me crack up and now I canā€™t get ā€œWhat does the fox sayā€ out of my head. :D

u/SeaweedTreacle ā€“ thank you for the beautiful peacock nature postcard! You are right, it is such a lush scene! The colors are so pretty and it looks like it would be a great place to take a vacation. I love nature art and so this is an awesome one to add to the collection. Thank you so much, I hope you had a nice 4th of July as well!

u/DrFroggie ā€“ thank you for the sepia toned telephone box postcard! Itā€™s a really neat photograph and I like the way it highlights the telephone box specifically, itā€™s a cool effect. Would you believe Iā€™ve only been to the Bronx even though Iā€™ve lived in New York my whole life? I went to the zoo there a few years back. I hope your Broadway show was awesome!

u/gigi700gigi ā€“ thank you for the beautiful water lily postcard. The whole scene is so colorful and fantastical. I love the artistā€™s use of light, it makes me think of a whole other world like avatar or something. Itā€™s so pretty! Thank you!

u/MeowPrincessSandwich ā€“ or should I say MeowPrincessSammich! :D Thank you for the awesome Colorado Museum of Natural History postcard! You know Iā€™m obsessed with museum things, Iā€™m totally going to have to add RAoC Museum Lady to my resume now. I love that this postcard is an antique too, it makes it equally awesome. The photograph looks like either a photo or an artistā€™s rendition of an exhibit on crystallized gold and I frickinā€™ love it! The nerd in me is geeking out, and this will have to go into my new office Iā€™m moving into this Thursday!

u/honeypnut ā€“ thank you so much for the gorgeous Wailua Falls, Kauaā€™i postcard! I love waterfall postcards and this one is pretty! I have yet to go to Hawaii and this allows me to live vicariously for a little while through the mail! It looks like such a lush and beautiful!

u/Mikepenpal6 ā€“ thank you for the red fox postcard from the EcoTarium! I feel like I need to check this museum out now if Iā€™m ever traveling that way. The 80mph wind tunnel sounds pretty sweet! We have a hurricane simulator that probably has a similar thing, but that sounds more robust and educational! As you know, I love anything museum related! Thank you!

u/suzette393 ā€“ thank you for the cool sepia toned photograph postcard! I love the vintage looking postcards with interesting photography and art. The stamps on the back are super neat too! A convertible sounds exciting! Iā€™ve only been in one my cousin had a time or two when I was younger. The thing I remember most was how I should have put back my hair! :D Hope you guys enjoy it!

u/leiawdaforce (x2 ā€“ see below for another thank you because I just couldnā€™t combine them) ā€“ thank you for the beautiful fall postcard! It makes me want October to be here so badly! (I donā€™t want to wish away summer to early though!) Fall is my favorite season, Iā€™m hoping we will get more of one than we did last year. It basically went from 90 degrees one day to 30 degrees the next. So upsetting! I hope you will get in some hiking this fall, itā€™s the best time to go with the leaves any how!

u/windflex ā€“ thank you for the beautiful vintage sunflower postcard! Sunflowers are my favorite flower, Iā€™m so excited to see them all starting to emerge over the next month and bloom! I would love to visit a sunflower farm sometime, I know there is one somewhere around my home so perhaps I will scope it out this year! It is true thoughā€¦the humidity has been crap, my plants seem to love it though!

u/DaenerysWon ā€“ thank you for the beautiful ā€œLines in the Caspian Seaā€ postcard! It looks absolutely gorgeous, and the description on the back was super interesting. I love learning new things about our ecosystem, and this is such a beautiful way to picture a piece of it! Iā€™m so glad you got the Chihuly postcard. We went to see Chihuly Garden and Glass in Seattle and it was absolutely amazing. I should have gone back at night, but we had so much to do. Iā€™m so glad you were able to see one of his installations!

u/midnightmems ā€“ thank you for the awesome Jenkinsonā€™s Aquarium postcard! I wonder if the sharks are crushing shells of crabs? Lol. The beach sounds amazing, I havenā€™t had much of a chance to go to an ocean beach in my lifetime, and Iā€™d really like to work that into trips more. When we went to Seattle last year we went to the coastal beaches in Olympic National Park which was so awesome! Itā€™s too bad you couldnā€™t visit the aquarium, it sounds like an awesome place! I love going to aquariums when I can. Thank you!

u/aprilplaysbass ā€“ thank you for the super cool Jackson Pollock postcard! I feel like his style of art is always a favorite of people because they can imitate it relatively easily. Also, who doesnā€™t love flinging paint around a room! Bruised Apple Books sounds like an awesome name for a shop. Iā€™ve been down near Peekskill a couple of times. Itā€™s cool to be that close to the Hudson!

u/hexeambrella ā€“ thank you for the beautiful handmade card that you painted of your fish Azure! Really the entire thing from the envelope, to the card, to the paint card insert is a piece of art! Your calligraphy is beautiful and the painting is gorgeous. I used to have a beta fish that was too dumb as a rockā€¦ what is it about the handsome male betas not being the sharpest tool in the box? I imagine he is quite beautiful, thank you so much for sharing all of the info and the painting of him, I really loved this offer!

u/mlcathcart ā€“ oh my, you have really outdone yourself this time! I love the Japanese garden card, Iā€™ve not been to Japan myself, but I do think it would be neat to go some day. I might have the opportunity to go through my work some day and Iā€™m hoping I will be able to go, it would be a neat way of seeing the country. Regardless of this, HOLY STICKERS BATMAN!!! I donā€™t think Iā€™ve received so many stickers in one piece of mail! I am definitely going to use them for future mail correspondence! I love the hedgehogs and the wolf head is really neat! I love them all, and I thought it was done, but then there was a tiny envelope in there with more stickers! I love the bookmark too, thank you so incredibly much! People like you are why I love this subreddit, it really shows that there are still wonderful people left in the world!

u/linzrap ā€“ another one filled to the brim with stickers! Thank you so much for the lovely American Eagle/patriotic card! I was so excited to see all of the stickers inside, I have a real sticker problem and I thank you for feeding my addiction! :D I hope you had a great 4th of July, it sounds like it gets a bit crazy there! I think I would enjoy the 4th a little more if my pupper didnā€™t get so stressed out with the fireworks! I still enjoy all of the excitement though, and the food.

u/leiawdaforce ā€“ HOLY CRAPOLAā€¦I feel like this card must have cost you a fortune to send out!!! First off let me say that I love that you handmade it, itā€™s amazing! Second, your boyfriend can paint a pretty mean wooden flower! And third, soooo many goodies!!! Thank you so much for the adult coloring postcard, I absolutely love those things, and for the Planets postcard, itā€™s so cool! Also for the peppermint tea and the succulent and leaf stickers!!! I feel like Iā€™ve used a lot exclamation points, but you are worth it! Iā€™m so glad you like the Chill Out card, Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll have more of those types of cards up soon, so keep an eye out!
