u/jenjunaicha thank you for the Orchid Island card! I'd love to visit Taiwan someday. One of my friend's mom went on a 2 month trip and ate at shops all over the place and it looked amazing. I like to grow lots of stuff (probably too much to keep up with), but mostly veggies. My conditions are a little different (dry, but lots of sun), but you could still grow lots of things if you maintain them properly! I like to grow lots of veggies, like tomatoes and beans and peas, and also roses. These like lots of sun, but the leaves can get diseased easily so you'll want to keep them pruned really well so there's good airflow. You could also try some tropical-ish plants like papaya and macadamia and persimmon, maybe you could grow them in pots? I'd definitely recommend ferns! They generally love humidity and bright light (but not direct sunlight). I just keep mine on the windowsill in my bathroom so it gets the humidity from my shower, and water the pot about 2 times a week so that it's consistently moist. Also, the herb rosemary would probably be very good for your climate. They like lots of humidity and sun, and they like well draining, somewhat poor soil.

And thank you for the cute stickers! The "San Diego" store sounds so interesting! Is it not around anymore? We have a store called "Sun Diego," but it just sells t-shirts and surfer-type stuff.
