I joined the Facebook group, Forget Me Not, someone posted a link on the daily discussion thread the other day.
Anyway they feature a different nursing home every week. This week's request (May 5 - May 11)

Requests: They asked if we would be willing to send some extra signed cards with words of encouragement for care givers. Each of the 40 participants that hospice works with also has care givers who work tirelessly around the clock with them and could really use some encouragement as well. These care givers are usually family members or close friends of the participants
