I made this earlier: https://imgur.com/a/QjFcAlQ because I was inspired by the IG account "positively present." I tried putting my own spin on it though even though it's similar to one of theirs. I'm not creative enough.
I can offer up 3 cards to those who live in the US who deal with anxiety (like me!). Since these are hand drawn they will differ a bit.
