I received quite a few cards over the previous week up to Sunday and I am super grateful cause it was an exhausting week. My kids caught the flu/stomach bug in turns and my youngest was teething and cranky so the cards really lifted my spirits when checking the mail at the end of the day.
Part1 - That was a beautiful quote you wrote on the back ๐ not gonna lie though, first I thought the little girl was gonna stab the boy scout with the scissors (yep must be going crazy lol). Loved the stamp too!
Part2 - I gave Levi his Cars and Toy Story cards together and he was super stoked! Immediately tried to convince me to go to the library to borrow the dvds of both movies haha! Thank you so much ๐
u/sarcasticHulktastic - the bench was really artistically beautiful but I couldnโt identify it right away because I was looking at the card upside down lol! From what little I understand at the back (Chinese & Japanese share some characters) it looks like info about the Japanese department store Seibu. ๐
u/Suzette393 - the photo really sums up Times Square. And yes, definitely plan your next trip around cold weather! I think thatโs about the only thing you can plan around cause thereโs always lots of tourists everyday and thereโs no avoiding that lol! ๐
u/Fido_Mom - awesome black hole card! Photos like these abruptly reminds me how tiny a speck we are in this universe ๐
u/mulanthesecond - beautiful Romeo & Juliet postcard! Iโm currently telling Gavin a very PG version of the story as he was curious about it. ๐ loved the stamp too! My brother and sister works there and we visited them about 2 years ago. Very beautiful place and yummy food!
u/mlcathcart - such a cute donut card and stickers! After Gavin read the writing, Levi promptly tried to put all the stickers on the card! Icing on the cake (or donut) was my dad came in a few minutes later with a box of donuts for them. Made their day! ๐
u/idasu - very interesting illustration of the Palm tree/fruit. Came from a country with coconut trees in abundance and they look so alike yet different!
u/wannadowhatsright - awesome Pixar card! Showed my kids and they loved it! Recognized most of them except Monsters Inc characters (they havenโt watched that one yet)
u/Casstronomical - I loved the way you talk about your pets. Our family had dogs a long time ago (one lab and one doberman mix) back in my country but they have passed away due to sickness. Still, they will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you for sharing! ๐ถ
Again, thanks everyone! Have a great day ๐
