Hello everyone,

I'd like to step up my card sending game a little bit by making an offer that extends over the whole year.

I have this beautiful weekly "Paper & Poetry" calendar with beautiful designs/patterns and quotes (in German), which is just made to make cards out of it.

Eventhough I'd like to make and send out the cards on a weekly basis, I'm sure that stuff like vacation, work or just life will jeopardize this plan every now and then. But I'm also sure, I can catch up, if there is a delay. Note, that it will take until December or January for the last cards anyways.

I made a Google form for this offer. It is my first Google form ever, so I hope it works. Let me know in case there's something wrong with it.

Since this is a weekly calendar, there will be at least 52 cards.
