Hey everyone,

I'm getting one of my pet rats put down on Wednesday; my little girl, Luna. She's 1.5 years old. She's had tumours for months and was honestly getting on really well, but she's been rapidly deteriorating for the past week or so, so it's just time to let go. Main issue is, she's my favourite. She's the most loving of the four, the most sociable, and the least bite-y haha. She's what we rat owners tend to call my "heart rat", meaning we have a special bond and she is, essentially, my best friend on four legs.

I'm just feeling incredibly down about it; it's killing me, and I know that Wednesday afternoon that final "click" will happen and it'll rip my heart out for a while.

I know this all seems melodramatic over a rat, but she really has helped me through a lot (bipolar 2, eating disorder, my sister moving out, various other things) - as have the others, but not quite so much as my little Luna.

So, I'd love a postcard or a card, maybe something funny or sweet, or even just a nice picture of a building you think is really super cool in your area, something to really boost my spirits a little bit (I love history/architecture)
