On Sunday, I posted a request for some motivational support to get me through the upcoming weekend (this weekend) without binging and throwing off my diet and hard work, and the RAoC community came through in a way that made my heart smile.
Thank you to the following members for pushing me through:
/u/LibertyProgrammer x2 Thank you for not only sending me two cards, but also for checking in on me via PM. Your kind words helped push me through the first two days of the weekend, and will continue to push me through the rest of the weekend. I adore the quotes you used. They're inspiring me to keep pushing forward. I especially enjoyed the Ian Smith quote about dieting being a marathon - this is so true and inspired me to look at my journey differently than I had been.
/u/Blufaer1e - Thank you for the cool universe postcard! I enjoyed reading your state motto and I like the way it fits into what I'm going through. I will certainly be pushing through the difficulties to get to the stars.
/u/LonelyTwatWaffle - Thank you for the Mary Anne Radmacher quote card. I adore this quote and it speaks a lot to me about my journey. I also enjoyed the Henry Ford quote. It's one of my favorites. Your kind words mean so much to me and are helping push me through this weekend. So far I am holding strong and keeping your card close so that I keep holding strong.
/u/morenoodles - Thank you for the pretty floral card and motivational words. Your congratulations made me smile. Sometimes I forget how far I've come! I appreciate your advice and used it yesterday - portion control allowed me to have a treat without going overboard. Also, the tea! I love this tea. I'm having it as a treat tonight and I am sooo excited. Thank you for remembering how much I love it.
/u/leekoba - Thank you for your kind words and the extra goodies! I love the "Make it happen" stickies! I posted them on my fridge and cupboards as a reminder of my goals. Thank you for helping me push forward through this.
Thank you to /u/trigunnerd for the cute fox in an envelope card! This made me smile. So happy to hear you are doing well. Congrats on the graduation! That's a huge deal.
