In the last year, I’ve lost 35 pounds. Doing so been hard.
But I’ve hit a wall... the last month’s worth of weekends have consisted of major food binges. We’re talking 6,000 extra calories per weekend than I should be having. Honestly, it’s probably more than that. I haven’t closely counted because I’m embarrassed and ashamed.
Luckily, due to continuing to eat my weight loss calories and working out (a lot) on the week days, I haven’t seen weight gain with these behaviors. Yet.
I know if I continue binging like this on the weekends, all of my progress will slip away. I don’t understand why I am doing this to myself (the week days are perfectly fine so not sure why weekends are so hard) but I need to stop.
I’m requesting cards that will arrive around Friday or Saturday to keep me motivated and from excessive eating on the weekend. Maybe some inspirational quotes or advice? Just something to remind me to power through the weekends without going crazy.
Note: I think the max it takes a card to be received anywhere in the US from another US location is three days.
