I finally tracked them down, I've got a set of the Love 2017 maximum cards, which is two cards, one is a rose and one is heart. You can check them out here comment to claim, and please say which one you'd like.
A maximum card is a special limited edition postcard with a stamp attached to the front and a first day of issue cancel.
I know maxis are really hard to get in other countries, so the card you send me doesn't need to be a maxi.
Both cards are claimed :-). There is a new maxi set coming out on Feb 21.
