I as well do my best (which is moment by moment) to stay active, get sunlight, and take Vitamin D - something about Vitamin D for the elevation. That's a lot of consistent walking! You have so much to be proud of yourself for! As far as a book recommendation: I'm giving Cormac McCarthy a chance again in "The Road"
