I (will) have 10 Year of the Dragon postcards to use together with 10 Year of the Dragon stamps, once the UN finally sends me my order...

However, when they do so, I'll have the UN in New York remail those postcards to 10 randomly-drawn non-U.S. respondents to the following form as of 23:59 UTC-5, Sunday, 11 February 2024: https://forms.gle/T48s5pR3TK5AwFBK8

Non-U.S. respondents who aren't selected will receive an appropriate apology.

Would-be U.S. respondents will need to wait until later in February 2024 when I'll have an alternative drop that'll be limited to only U.S. domestic addresses.
