Bibliomancy is a form of divination that involves opening a book to a random page, letting one's eyes naturally fall on a sentence or phrase, and then interpreting any meaning that lies within. I like to supplement these with a secondary form of divination, typically speaking. In this case, I will be drawing an oracle card to clarify the subject/nature of the bibliomancy results.
I will be using a book that was abandoned in the lobby of my local library (even though there's a Little Free Library out front) for the bibliomancy. It's called Seven Nights in a Rogue's Bed by Anna Campbell. I don't know why I took this. I guess I can't resist free stuff even if it's garbage.
The oracle deck is called Whispers of Lord Ganesha by Angela Hartfield. There are pictures of Ganesha on the cards, but otherwise, I have never seen anything less related to Hinduism. Very bad content. Also it was given to me by someone who stole it from their neighbor after a series of petty interpersonal conflicts between the two. I would like to finally make use of it after 5 years of dormancy. I think the time has come.
Comment an emoji if you want a card.
