This is my first request like this, but I’m going through a very difficult time at work right now. I don’t want to give too many details for privacy reasons. I’m in the right in this situation, but going into work and being treated poorly by management every day is incredibly stressful. This situation could end up with me moving to a different department, which I’m ok with, but there’s so much uncertainty. I wake up thinking about this and go to sleep thinking about it. I know it will eventually get better, but it’s very tough in the meantime dealing with the unknowns. If anyone would be able to send some encouragement or even share a story about a hard or uncertain time you faced with work and how that resolved, I would appreciate that.
