Thank you for the cute postcard. Yes, I have eaten both of the Appalachian Salads. You've got to always have bacon with them. I visited the website that was on the card. I am so glad you finally got away for a few days and enjoyed a holiday. I am envious of you getting to visit such a beautiful place. I can see from the postcard how beautiful it is. I bet the food was delicious and I know I would have enjoyed partaking of that type of cuisine. I have never seen such a huge stamp!! It almost takes up the address area. It is very unusual.
