My apologies to all that were delayed in receiving 'thank you's and I hope you know that it was due to my own romance with the couch and not the level of pizazz your card contained.
u/TyeDyeAmish x2 1. you know I always love when you send nudes ... like in your postcard featuring an excavated statue from Pompeii! Thank you 😄 2. Thank you for the Rosh Hashanah card and picture of Penelope!!! I'll have to do another sketch of her soon 🐶 and I have to agree that jews have excellent food!
u/rosiealeo1 thank you! I absolutely love the weird child holding 12 white cats postcard. Weird is wonderful and I'm glad to find a kindred spirit!
u/_pickupthepieces Thank you for your gorgeous Jane Crowther 'Cat in a Tree' card- this style is my jam. You have a very warm and personable writing style and it was a pleasure to hear from you again.
u/lemony_sneaker_0102 x2 1. Thank you for the metallic sheen lighthouse postcard! I really love all of the stamps (especially the architectural buildings) also, your post office uses cool postmark stamps
- I was really thrilled with the protected anime envelope you made and the Hoyo Fest paper! It's creative and your stickers are so cute and pretty. We have a lot in common with our teen children and so I'll be writing you a reply very soon to elaborate. Also, I consider myself a philatelist wanna be, bc it's the kind of hobby I'd lose soooo much money on (bc I'm obsessed with stamps) but postmarks would be far safer!
u/OneDarkandStormyKnit thank you for the Charley Harper hummingbird card. I did not actually realize there were so many types of hummingbird. I just think they're neat (and I also just learned there's no hummingbird emoji, for which I will be writing Samsung and Android strongly worded letters)
u/DianaPenPal I Loved the New Yorker cartoon you sent (man riding on subway comments to fellow passenger "I'm sorry, could you scroll back up? I was reading that") because I find that soooo relatable. If I can see your screen, I'll probably glance, and if it's interesting, sorry, but I'm watching too. My husband calls it 'Buddy Browsing' where I try to make him look at memes or watch YouTube clips with me. Also, in re to The Critic, it was only awesome when it was on NBC. After the first season I guess it got moved to Fox, the quality went from smart high brow stuff to... well it lost it's soul. Anyway, thank you and good to hear from you!
