Want to start my Sept with posting all my thank yous from mail received the last few weeks of August:

u/Anxietys_Playground Wow you did an amazing job on my Bubbles card. I knew instantly that is what they were, still trying to figure out how you made them! Thanks for the bubble stickers as well.

u/Briskeedoodle thanks for the adorable cats card. Made me happy to know that you card with your kitties beside you.

u/thecaledonianrose thanks for the cactus card with all the Alaska trip advice. I do believe I am doing exactly what you said, skipping the cruise and doing a land tour! Thanks for the Zinc tea (I have never seen that before) and the surprise stickers.

u/DianaPenPal thanks for sharing your favorite time of day with me. I love to watch sunsets as well. Although your description of Twilight being fleeting has put a new perspective on it for me.

u/fruitbb thanks for the mindfulness question exchange card. Your coincidence story reminds me of my husband. When we travel for some reason when we travel he often bumps into someone he knows. It is so weird. Even happened in Italy once!! Thanks for the cute stickers.

u/HexagonalRainbow x 4 You spoiled me these last few weeks! In no particular order - thank you for the Hamburg postcard, I love the image of you sitting on the rocks as you write postcards as you watch container ships go by, it is something I would definitely do! 2- this elephant card with balloons and clouds is fabulous! Well done you!! I too have been trying alcohol markers, building up my color palette has been fun, you really did an excellent job on this! 3-thank you for the tulip card, I love tulips they are so cheery in the spring. You said you are learning to turn pngs into "stamps" I would love to know more about this. I have tried to convert jpgs into svg without a lot of success for my Cricut. 4- let's start with how cute the envelope is decorated, adorable fairies and background, thank you for the penguin couple postcard. Going to a craft store and not finding what you wanted can be frustrating, although searching for things you didn't really need as an alternative can be fun too, never know what you will find!

u/IridiumViper oh my gosh! As soon as I saw the dolphin postcard I knew some of them would glow in the dark, and yes I ran into the bathroom after putting the card under my desk lamp for a minute to see them glow! Thank you for this fun card, I love dolphins so it was perfect. As to your question about traveling, yes I have been to SC, NY, PA and OH for one to 8 days of fun. Getting ready for our trip to KY, GA and SC this year too! So you can say I live up to my user name LOL. Sounds like you have done some fun traveling too.

u/isar-love thank you for the Dolomite postcard. I can't even imagine hiking from lodge to lodge! Well done you. I bet you have some amazing stories and the views must have been incredible. I have actually been to the Dolomites! I went with my husband, SIL and daughter. My husband's grandparents were born there and we did a heritage trip. Meet some distant relatives that we are still in contact with. Spectacular mountain vistas.

u/jane_q thanks for the lazy cat postcard, made me chuckle pulling it out of the mailbox. Thanks for sharing your mindfulness Oh No moments. I guess I would think the same as you, write the current temperature. So you are not alone on that one. As to laundry I am the opposite of you lol, I do all my laundry in cold water, not sure that's right either.

u/JerseyWanderer thank you for the summer beach chair postcard, I love that we have similar answers to our mindful question about what makes us smile every day. When my kids were young I loved that early morning snuggle before they became fully awake, enjoy every minute of those moments! Before you know it they will be going off to college and away from home. My youngest lives in LA now :( thank goodness for FaceTime!!

u/libertyprogrammer thanks for the quick card. I hope things settle down for you soon. Do let me know if I can do anything for you!!

u/LightsOfASilhouette thank you for the Chickamanua and Chattanooga NMP postcard, I hope you are enjoying RAoC! I love exchanging cards and postcards with people from all over the world.

u/lonelywatwaffle thank you for the Washington DC postcard. I loved meeting up with Drew, so great to put a face to someone you have been trading cards with for a few years.

u/ninajyang x 2 WOW thank you so much for the two postcards from Norway. Sounds like you had a truly superb time there! I have actually been to some of the same places you went. I think the fjords in January are literally the most stunningly beautiful place and thing I have seen in all my travels. I am so glad you got to go there and experience such beauty.

u/starretfan thank you for the Arches card you sent with your response to the mindfulness question. I can so see putting milk in your water bottle by mistake, lol, just last week I picked up the water jug to fill our glasses with and drank out of it instead of my water glass!! Wearing one blue and one black shoe is something you see happen in the movies or a comedy show, funny to think someone actually did this. I wonder how many people really noticed?!

u/stockman1984 x 2 thank you so much for the two Spiderman postcards. My daughter thought hers was "SWEET!" I took my husband's down to his shop when I got it out of the mail. He said - Wow that's really cool - then he wouldn't give it back to me so I could remember to thank you. He put it up in his shop!! They were both well received and will be treasured by two huge Spiderman fans!

u/sugarmagandjohn thank you for the pretty flower thank you card. I love that you plant a tree every birthday. Must be so fun to watch them grow! What a great idea. I know my sister planted the tiny tree that her daughter brought home from Kindergarten and now it is well over 20' tall.

u/TyeDyeAmish x 2 Thank you for the Gillette Castle postcard. I love that you literally wrote I have 50 of these please take one! lol Thanks for sharing. I do love castles. Okay your Alaskan Travel Advice card was down right Hilarious!! I will keep all that you said in mind while I contemplate where and what I will do there! But I really really really want to see the Fuzzy Wuzzy Bears - at a distance! I will let you know if I survive :) Love the picture of your pupper!

u/welshfancy thanks for the pelican card even though it doesn't have a bird trauma story. I know you deleted your RAoC account but this is one last ty post in case you come back in the near future. Thanks for the quick update my friend. Enjoy your travels.

u/ZenTheTherapyCat oh my, thank you so much for all the lessons about so many things about Texas. Love the little Whataburger hashbrown envelope full of "Texan things" very clever!! I did look in it before reading your letter and thought - why in the world would someone send a sugar packet? - now I know! Thanks for sharing Texas with me.
