Thank you u/umeshufan for these awesome cards :D You can see them here: https://imgur.com/a/RkitlLO
The cards arrived in an orange envelope, fitted with a stamp of the aurora borealis, as well as a stamp of 'Schloss Ludwigsburg', which is a baroque Palace that started construction in 1704 ~ the name comes from the builders name (it is Louis's Castle, from Eberhard Louis, Duke of Wรผrttemberg). It has an interesting history tied to it, and it looks really pretty :D
Inside were two postcards, as well as a bunch of tickets and receipts from your travels!! For security reasons, I neglected to attach pictures of the tickets, however; there were a total of 13 tickets/receipts, and I love it :D thank you <3 you know I have an affinity for stuff like that, and I appreciate that you remember :)
Both of the cards are Canada based ~ the first one features the Canadian flag, with a similarly faded flag on the backside! I agree that the Canadian flag is a good one! The Welsh and Bhutan, however, really take the cake haha ~ imagine having to draw that for their national day during primary, oof... Nepal has a pretty good one too, very distinguished for sure ;p i dont think I could choose a favourite, if I'm honest.. theres so many choices!!
The second card features British Columbia, Vancouver in Canada :D it's a very pretty view ~ on this one, you created a chain of red hearts and blue stars, to seperate the two sides of the card. You also used colourful pens for the greeting :) i'm happy to hear you enjoyed your travels :D thank you for sharing <3
Thank you so much for these beautiful cards, and for sharing with me a piece of your life :) this thank you is long overdue, and I've since received another letter from you, so hopefully I'll get around to it soon! I hope all is well, and thank you once more ๐
