Hey guys! I've gotten a ton of happy mail lately and I'm so touched that you guys are still thinking of me even when I'm not carding for hours every night lol.
u/welshfancy - thank you for the cool Sitka, Alaska postcard! I'm dreaming of cooler places too lol. And you live in a way hotter place than I do, so I send all the sympathy and imaginary ice cubes your way. "I shouldn't complain - it's only 110 today". Oh, okay, ONLY 110. You poor thing. Please stay safe in this heat! Also, I love that little watercolor watermelon sticker you used. My daughter wears a medical helmet and we decorated it with watermelons :') So I'm partial to them now, lol.
u/410bore - thank you for the lovely floral thank you postcard! You brightened my day, I appreciate you so much. I am still mesmerized by your handwriting and I suspect I always will be, lol! Also, I like the marine postcard stamp, I don't see those as much as the godforsaken barns.
u/lonelytwatwaffle - thank you for the historic clergy house photo postcard! I already wrote back, but know that I identify with being too lazy to get the postcard stamps. I used vintage stamps on pretty much all of my postcards lately, but I think I'm starting to prefer using postcard stamps and keeping the vintage stuff to envelopes only. It's because of space to write - if I use vintage postage on a postcard, there's no space to write!
