u/jaimekj, I am so glad you get a bit of a reprieve to enjoy a little summer! Do you have any fun plans for the next few weeks? We've been mostly renovating and trying to finish that before the school year. It's been fun to watch the transformation!

I love the little blue envelope and the fun origami! You went all out, but you always do because you're thoughtful like that. This week, I'd read about how women sold embroidered cards during WWII, and this one makes me think of those. I love how it's gorgeous! Thank you so much for the book series recommendation. I've been absolutely loving it!

I also loved the handmade flower card with plans for your July. You stuffed it full of fun stickers and even the most adorable envelope I've ever seen! Did you make this tiny envelope from rose scrapbook paper? It's done so perfectly! Thank you!

Also, I'm the one who hasn't been writing much recently! I keep thinking I'll have more time to sit and write everyone and then fail miserably at doing just that! I love hearing from you any time. It's not easy when life is happening, so please never feel pressured! <3

I'm really excited for the events you're hosting soon! I cannot wait to hear how they both go! I did go to the meetup with u/lonelytwatwaffle and had the best time! RAoC is full of such incredible, sweet people. I'm so lucky to have met some of them in person!

You also sent along TWO postcards from our favorite aunt... tell her I will most certainly not be rubbing her bunyon-ed feet and that she can keep her trip to Belize. I know she'd just be asking me to take her room service orders to the front desk every day anyway because she doesn't trust phones.

u/umeshufan, Ahhh, I loved the postcard you sent with the JWST on it! As for the postcard itself. It was the one with the book and talking about people watching the movie adaptation instead of reading it! It made me laugh and also feel slightly sorry for the book! :D

I also loved the cute little swimming pool with the divers in it! You find such fun interactive cards. I need to start sending some of my ... finds. XD I keep meaning to send one in particular your way, but it's a weird size, and I'm almost embarrassed to show it to the clerk to ask about postage on it. lol!

That quilt card is so gorgeous! I opened it and was trying to remember the names of the different blocks and then opened it to read that you really hope that I said I made quilts! XD I do! lol... or did. I actually haven't since W's baby quilt, and I have so much fabric lying around waiting on me to cut it...

The cute pink polka dot, scalloped-edge card detailing your upcoming party plans had me cackling! I won't list details here, but I will say I am so glad I know someone with my sense of humor. I'll write back soon.
