Hey! I've not been around for a while, as the title states mentally I am not great. I was doing alot better, trying to get out more, I even went away for a few days (postcard offer to follow shortly). The past few months have been pretty crap with me falling out with my sister, my dad being in hospital and my dog being ill and it's all getting on top of me causing an increase in my self harming. I know this isn't the place to go into detail, I am currently waiting for some psychological intervention but as anyone with health issues knows, appointments take forever. So I am here to ask if anyone would be willing to send me a card to help cheer me up, I've been on and off RAoC for a few years now and people here are so kind. Thank you in advance.
