I was actually kinda disappointed to befriend a NICE NYer. It was so jarring & totally not what I expected when we first started mailing each other. I kept hoping for the day you’d lose your mind because I was behind on thanking you & you’d call me a “stupid slow southern belle of a behind-a$$ b#t$%” BUT THAT DAY NEVER CAME AND ALL YOU DID WAS WAIT with your strangely uppity awesome class & fine manners. And to be even weirdly nicer, you sweetly send me unsolicited postcards with delicious southern recipes on them & adorable invites to watch Broadway shows with you. I’M SO HAPPY NOW!
