I was late for Star Wars Day this year, woops - congrats on being prepared, well done! My favourite joke was the one about why Darth Vader doesn't like to eat Ewoks (He thought they were a little Chewie). Hope you and your loved ones are well!

• u/mydinosaurdidit: Thanks for your card & letter from Monterey! Amusingly I've visited Monterey Bay Aquarium more recently than your previous visit (side trip from a previous trip to SF). Here's a recommendation for you to check out in SF: Go to Kamei Housewares & Restaurant Supply at 525 Clement St - they have a wonderful selection of crockery etc. at very reasonable prices.

I'm very sad that you might no longer be at your current place when I finally get around to visiting (I had planned to come past there on a holiday in 2020 but that was postponed because of the pandemic), but I hope that we'll still get to catch up somewhere some day! I can totally relate to wanting to live in a more liberal state, though. Sending hugs!
