I have recently became my father's full time caretaker. He was diagnosed with prostate/bone cancer right before Christmas.

It's been a hell of a journey so far, besides the pain he suffers with daily I've noticed more recently that he is suffering from depression. Who wouldn't be when their world has been turned upside down.

Although he's on medication for it, that will only do so much as he is restricted to his bed most days. My kids and I try to bring him as much happiness as possible but this man is strong willed. He went from volunteering his time 4-5 days a week working at a food bank/helping homeless and fishing/being outdoors on his weekends... to a life of cancer treatments and being bedridden.

I would love to surprise him with mail from around the world, something to brighten his days and bring him a little joy. If anyone deserves it, it's this man.

Things that interest him, fishing, hunting, travel, military related things, he really loves the show Yellowstone, old westerns, pin up girls, old cars... pretty much most things men in their late 60s enjoy.
