TW: Cancer.

Hello everyone! I'm fairly new here but I've enjoyed all the interactions I've had so far and plan on sending out way more homemade cards.

This week has really done me in. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the beginning of March and began my chemotherapy about 2 weeks ago (insurance made me wait along with some challenges in my case).

I've been taking everything in stride and have been trying to stay upbeat even when one week was blow after blow of bad news. But I have officially started losing my hair. I wasn't overly attached to it but it's just one more thing that is being taken from me (kind of the straw that broke the camels back).

If anyone would like to send some happy mail (even if you think it's the ugliest card or the most boring, or even a piece of paper you drew a stick figure on) I would greatly appreciate the smile.
